Accommodations:

Lodging is a 3-bedroom, 2 bath. Big dining room with big living room. Sleeps up to 6 people at a time. Meals and lodging included in all hunt packages.

All hunting vehicles that the guides use are 4 door-4WD to take you out to your hunt. Meat and trophy care on you animals is all included in all the hunts. Taxidermist and meat processing available nearby.

HUNTS

Texas Whitetail Deer Hunts

I conduct these whitetail deer hunts on donnell private ranches totaling nearly 25,000 acres in LaSalle and McMullen counties in South Texas. These are three-day and five-day whitetail deer hunting trips which include meals, lodging, and 4WD transportation. Hunting is done primarily from tower blinds over feeders. We also use high rack hunting vehicles, and we do some horn rattling during the rut, which is predominantly around the last two weeks of December.

I have good whitetail deer game management programs implemented on these ranches and also a year-round feeding program. I shoot only mature whitetail bucks. Along with your buck, you may be able to shoot does, hogs, javelina and predators at our discretion. (This is based on pre-season and in-season populations.) I have some very nice bucks on these ranches. You will see a lot of game! I take a very limited number of hunters into each pasture, so call early to reserve a spot.

A Texas nonresident hunting license is $300.00 and covers all of the animals on this hunt.

Wild Hog Hunts and Javelina Hunts

I conduct these wild hog hunts and Javelina hunts on several ranches totaling almost 20,000 acres. Ranches are located in LaSalle and McMullen counties in South Texas. This is a two-day package hunt which includes meals, lodging and 4WD transportation. Hunting is done from tower blinds over feeders, driving ranch roads with high racked hunting vehicles, spot and stalk around water holes and tripods around cattle feeders for archers. You may kill predators, two javelina and all the hogs you want as long as you take the meat home with you. That's right - all the hogs you want! I have way too many hogs. Nonresidents will need to purchase a special 5-day hunting license when they arrive ($45.00).

Spring Turkey Hunts and Exotic Hunts

I have too many exotic hunts to list, so please call for more information. I hunt Spring Turkey (Rio Grande) in April and May. There is an abundance of Turkey along the Frio River, which runs through some of the pastures we hunt. Turkey hunts are run by the day. I do include meals, lodging and 4WD transportation. Hunt over bait or you call. This is a great hunt to do in conjunction with Wild Hog and Javelina!

San Antonio International Airport $200.00 per person.
